EARTH: Superman becomes an archer

Jor-El creates a computer simulation that shows what would happen if Kal-El is sent to a planet orbiting a red sun that has a low technology level. Kal-El never gains powers or becomes Superman, but develops a number of trick arrows to help his community. He intends for his arrows to be used for beneficial purposes, but is disappointed when they are used for criminal activity.
