Avataars

An alternate of Earth-Marvel where the planet Eurth, a sword-and-sorcery world, was deliberately fashioned by the Shaper of Worlds at the behest of the cosmic hierarchy, including the Living Tribunal, Eternity, and Infinity, to serve as a trial world modeled on their own universe. Its inhabitants are fantasy analogs of the familiar Marvel hero and villain rosters: Captain Avalon corresponds to Captain America, the Champions of the Realm to the Avengers, and Simon Magnus and his X'Changelings to Magneto and the Brotherhood. The cosmic observers ultimately allow Eurth to continue in permanent existence after concluding the experiment's outcome is acceptable.
