EARTH: Blue Devil not trapped in suit

A world where the Great War went on far past 1918 and brought about a great many technological advances. Movies became hugely important for their role as escapist entertainment and studios were able to amass a great deal of power. The Dan Cassidy of this world wears a devil shaped space suit for filming but is not permanently bonded to it.
