EARTH: Logan doesn't become Weapon X

A world where Logan manages to avoid the Weapon X program and a Canadian marine is chosen to receive the adamantium implants, instead. This drives the marine insane and he goes on a rampage of destruction. Logan defeats and kills the marine, exposing the Weapon X project and Department H.
