EARTH: Killer Moth runs Gotham

A world created when Booster Gold impersonated Killer Moth and defeated Batman to allow Wiley Dalbert to travel to the past. Killer Moth's reputation grew so much from this action that he was able to take control of crime in Gotham City, becoming a protector of the city's criminal element.

When needed, Killer Moth could be summoned with the Moth Signal and he would take care of any police interference with criminal activities, taking a 20% cut of the proceeds

This world ceased to exist when Goldstar (dressed as Batgirl) and Booster Gold defeated Killer Moth but still allowed Wiley Dalbert to travel to the past.
