EARTH: Greatest American Hero

A world where high school teacher named Ralph Hinkley is given a suit that grants super powers by aliens but immediately loses the instruction manual. Working alongside FBI agent Bill Maxwell, Ralph does his best to use the suit's powers, which include flight, super strength, and invisibility, despite having no reliable way to control any of them. A version of Ralph has appeared in the city of Neopolis in the America's Best Comics universe.
