Sisko is an Admiral

An alternate version of Earth: Star Trek where Benjamin Sisko rose to the rank of Admiral following his heroism at the Battle of Wolf 359. The Federation has absorbed the Klingons, Romulans, Cardassians, Tzenkethi, and Breen into a vast unified interstellar state.
