EARTH: Gargoyles

A world where gargoyles, stone creatures that come to life at night, existed alongside humanity across the world before being largely wiped out. The Manhattan clan, survivors from medieval Scotland led by Goliath, were cursed into permanent stone sleep and awakened in modern Manhattan when their castle was moved there stone by stone. Their primary antagonist is David Xanatos, the billionaire responsible for their awakening, and Demona, a gargoyle from the clan who survived the intervening centuries and has developed a profound hatred of humanity. The clan has encountered figures from Arthurian legend and the Children of Oberon on their own world, while alternate worlds exist where they have met Darkwing Duck and the Fantastic Four.
