EARTH: Explorers travel through a black hole

A world where the crew of the exploration vessel Palomino discovers the long-missing USS Cygnus hovering at the event horizon of a black hole, commanded by the obsessive scientist Dr. Hans Reinhardt, who has replaced his crew with robots and intends to fly the ship through the black hole itself. Alternate versions of the denizens of this universe have appeared in the Futurama and Super! universes.
