EARTH: Count Crowley

A world where monsters are real and have spent considerable effort making sure humanity does not discover their existence. The werewolves, zombies, and things assembled from parts are actively invested in controlling the news and information that people consume. The position of Count Crowley, horror host of a small Midwestern TV station's late-night creature feature, carries with it a designation as one of the Appointed, a line of monster hunters. The current Count Crowley is Jerri Bartman, a former journalist and alcoholic, whose mentor is a retired hunter suffering from dementia. She has met both Cal McDonald and Kolchak.
