EARTH: Kabuki

A world where the Japanese government controls its citizens through a covert network of assassins called the Noh, each agent wearing a stylized mask and taking a name from Japanese theater. Kabuki, whose scarred face is hidden behind a white mask, serves as one of their most effective operatives. She has been seen at Madman's party alongside characters from an enormous number of worlds, and has been interviewed by investigators from the Powers universe.
