A world where a man who read 5,000 comic books in a single sitting to win a bet, which left him semi-sane becomes the Flaming Carrot, a masked hero wearing an enormous carrot-shaped mask with a perpetually flaming tip who protects Palookaville from an assortment of bizarre threats. A founding member of the Mystery Men, he has also met a remarkable number of characters from other worlds, most notably at Madman's party.
