EARTH: Dracula rules the 1%

A world where Dracula has taken advantage of a collapsing global economy to consolidate power, with vampires now constituting the ruling class. The rest of humanity are either prisoners or livestock. Alexandru, Dracula's son, leads a resistance against his father and has assembled a team of fighters from the experimental subjects the vampires were using to transform humans into monsters as well as the last vampire hunter.
