EARTH: Dracula becomes a masked vigilante

A world where Dracula, operating under the identity of Captain Lancet, is a masked vigilante in 1938. He is defeated and placed in a century-long coma, awakening to a world dominated by the Scarlet Twilight, a totalitarian vampire cult led by Madame Satanika. He fights against the cult with the help of the Maxie Militia, clones of his assistant in 1938.
